Pinetop-Lakeside's best kept secret won't be a secret much longer. Although the mountain resort community is known for its spectacular beauty and vast array of outdoor activities, the town's four festivals, scheduled on different weekends throughout the summer months, are just now being discovered by visitors from across the state and around the country.

 

With children out of school for the sumrner, the festivals will be brimming with activities for their entertainment. In previous years, the festivals have had many activities for kids, but according to Gil Guggisberg, executive director of the Pinetop-Lakeside Chamber of Commerce, more children's activities will be added this year.
